Our on-call delivery drivers receive your first name, phone number, and delivery address solely to complete your vehicle drop-off or pickup. They are prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.

If Amped Auto Rentals or Clear Bright & Smart Diversified Holdings LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

You provide consent to receive SMS messages from Amped Auto Rentals through one of three separate methods. In every method, consent for marketing SMS is collected separately from consent for transactional SMS via a distinct, unchecked-by-default checkbox or opt-in action:

• SMS Sign-Up Page (primary): Visit ampedautorentals.com/sms-signup and complete the form. You select consent via two separate checkboxes — one for booking & service messages (transactional), and one for promotions & special offers (marketing, optional, unchecked by default).
• Direct Booking Checkout: When completing a direct booking at book.ampedautorentals.com, you provide consent only for transactional SMS messages required to perform your rental (booking confirmations, delivery coordination). Marketing SMS consent is not collected at checkout.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. For marketing messages (if you opt in), Amped Auto Rentals sends up to 6 messages per month. For transactional messages, you may receive multiple messages per booking during active delivery and return coordination.

Message and data rates may apply. Amped Auto Rentals does not charge a fee for SMS messages sent or received under this program, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply based on your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing or promotional SMS from this program. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Consent to receive marketing SMS messages from Amped Auto Rentals is not a condition of any purchase or rental. To book a rental without providing marketing SMS consent, call (786) 981-1177 and we will complete your reservation by phone, or complete your booking at book.ampedautorentals.com without opting into marketing messages.

SMS consent records — including your phone number, consent status (transactional and marketing separately), timestamp, IP address, and user agent — are retained by Amped Auto Rentals for up to 3 years from the date of your last interaction, for the purpose of dispute resolution and compliance with carrier regulations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

No. Amped Auto Rentals does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, strictly to deliver messages you have consented to receive.

Yes. Amped Auto Rentals collects your name, email, phone number, driver's license information, delivery address, and payment details when you book a rental. SMS consent records include phone number, consent status, timestamp, and IP. This information is used exclusively to complete your rental and comply with legal requirements.

No. Amped Auto Rentals does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data — to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers essential to operating the business.

Yes. Amped Auto Rentals uses Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) for secure payments and Vouched for identity verification. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Your payment card number is never stored on our servers.

Because Amped Auto Rentals is delivery-only with no physical counter, we verify your driver's license through Vouched before delivering any vehicle. This protects both renters and our fleet from fraud and unauthorized use.

Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Rights Request – Data Deletion." Amped Auto Rentals will respond within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal and tax compliance even after deletion.

Amped Auto Rentals collects only approximate location from your IP address for website analytics. Real-time GPS telematics is collected only from our Vehicles during your active rental period for fleet management and enforcement of the rental agreement. Our drivers use only the delivery address you provide at booking.

Amped Auto Rentals is based in Miami Gardens, Florida. It is a delivery-only service — there is no physical storefront or walk-in location. Vehicles are delivered throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
